Lent 2013: Contemplation and Action
Our Lent programme began with an afternoon on Silence: The Contemplative Way, from which materials are now online.
It continues with Evening Worship at St Paul's Cathedral on 17th March, with prayers for our Seeing Change Lent course and Silent Prayer at the Royal Foundation of St Katharine on 18th March (see below).
You may also wish to join Centre staff and Jellicoe interns in the The Royal Foundation of St Katharine daily cycle of worship. Morning Prayer is said on weekdays at 8am, except for Tuesdays when it is at 7.30am with the Eucharist at 8am. There is also a Eucharist on the first Monday of each month at 9am, with prayers for the work of the Centre and our partner churches and communities.

Sun 17th Mar - 6pm - Evening Worship at St Paul's Cathedral
Our Seeing Change Lent course will be the focus of the intercessions at the evening Eucharist at St Paul's, with those involved in this process of prayer and action leading prayers for all those affected by the financial crisis - and for our partner churches as they seek to discern a faithful and effective response. All welcome.

Holy Week 2013 - Events at St Peter's Bethnal Green
CTC is working with one of our partner churches on a special programme of Holy Week events - designed to make the liturgies and music of Holy Week accessible to people of a wide range of traditions and backgrounds. Speakers include the Bishop of Stepney - and on Monday of Holy Week, there will be a performance of the Riding Lights play A Different Drum
Mon 8th Apr - 12 noon-1pm - Community Bible Study
The next in our bi-monthly series of Bible studies in the wider neighbourhood. We will be in Surrey Quays (venue tbc)
